Question Exporting Gantt Chart to MS Word 2007

I'm trying to get my Gantt Chart exported to MS Word. The problem I'm having is that I want the task list (columns on the left) and the Gantt Graph on seperate pages. The way the coy picture to office wizard does it doesn't allow me to do this (unless I'm just missing something)
Can anyone help me out here?

Hi
It is not possible to split the Gantt Chart from the Task Columns and paste them into another application.
Why would you want to do this anyway?
Let us know what you are trying to achieve and there may be another option.

I'm writing a project paper for school. It needs to look professional and the Gantt chart needs to be easy to read and sized properly. I've seen copies of other reports online which have those sections split up and one section on each page. I was trying to achieve this same look but all I can get with the exporting feature in Project is a Gantt Chart that is squished together and very hard to read.

Hi
There is no way to export a split view to another application.
What you will need to do is first of all move the dividing line between the task columns and the gantt portion of your plan and then use the print screen option (usually Function Key + Print Screen Button.
Then paste into an application such as "Paint" or "Paint Shop".
You can then cut out the column portion of the bitmap and paste it into your Word document.
Then go back to your plan and move the dividing lina completely to the left of the screen so just the Gantt portion is showing.
Use the Function+Print Screen buttons again and paste the picture into Paint or Paint Shop again and then cut out the Gantt portion and paste it into MS Word.
If you are struggling to do this then attach your project plan and I will do it for you.
Good luck.
Tony

That's the method I have already used but I was just wondering if there was a better way to do it.
