Default Project start date

Hi all, i am a little bit stuck on my current project plan so i joined this forum with the hope someone could assist me.

My problem is this:-

I have created a large project program which was due to start in 1 week, however this has now been delayed and i want to change the start date and all the other dates by 3 weeks, can i do this in one go or do i need to go to every entry and alter each ones start date by 21 days? i have many links and predecessors in the program, does this make it harder or impossible to do? i don't want to start over and would appreciate the help, many thanks Steve.
