Hi
It sounds like all you need to do is all each worker to create their own project plan. Then you need to create a Master project and insert each one of the workers projects as sub projects.
Any changes made to any of the sub projects will then be updated automatically.
Search Project Help for instruction on creating and inserting sub projects into a Master Project Plan.
