I created a main over view project for monitoring several other projects. i also created a resourcepool project for all my resources, and shared this to my individual projects.

It all works great, but my question is, although my individual projects can use the drop down to select a resource (whcih comes from my resource pool) whats to stop them typing a new unique resource directly into their own individual resource collumn on their own project?

I would like them to only be able to select from the drop down a resource that is already existing (via my resource pool).

is this possible?
