availibility of ressources / contract ends
We work with external resources that are booked by us by a certain date. I enter this end date in the resource availability with "available until" e.g. 31.12.2023. However, this does not lead to the fat that the person can not longer be planned. I can still assign tasks. So I tried to enter a non-working time from 01/01/24 until after the end of the project. The result, however, was that I found the processes in the team planner again sometime after the end of the project.
How can I clearly remark a resource that has terminated or whose contract is expiring in Project so that it is no longer possible to assign a task after this date?
