That particular book was published around 13 years ago, and I was one of the co-authors of that book. If memory serves me correctly, we sent a PDF file to all book buyers with the corrected content. Then we issued a second edition of the book and sent the second edition to all of those previous book buyers as well.

But alas, the company went out of business years ago. So, I doubt there is anything that I or anyone else can do to help you. Maybe buy the Project Server 2013 book instead? Just a thought. Hope this helps.
