Hi all, newbie to the forum but not to MS Project (please be kind!)
I have recently taken on a new role and am looking after various projects. I have set up a resource pool of all team members and created the programme files for each project, assigning resource to tasks, including number of hours for individuals as some will simply be mentoring others on certain things. I have got a look ahead set up from the resource pool file which shows exactly what I need to see (resource name, task name, project name, day/date, hours allocated) and the idea is to use this as a guide for each of the team as to what they are working on for the next 2-3 weeks. It will also be used to highlight when resources are overallocated and I need to bring in additional resource or look at levelling. My problem is that I cannot find a way to output this information. I have tried using the reports in MSP but they just don't seem to work across multiple projects? I have searched the internet now for a few days and have finally come to the realisation that I am out of my depth a bit! ![]() Has anyone managed to create this output? And if so PLEASE tell me how to do it! Thanks to all in advance! |
