I want to look at resource allocation across all Projects in our company. I have a Project file started with the 15 projects listed as tasks with start and finish dates. I also have a master resource sheet with 22 resources. I have hours per resource for each of the 15 projects.
What is the best way to load and manage resource hours to each project? We don't want to list the individual tasks for each project, but instead keep it simple and easy to review. Thanks. |
