Decimal places of custom text field
Hi,
I am new to MS project, I am preparing the project report with the planned percentage of completion. Since this column has the formula to convert number into percentage, it is giving long digit number. I want to know how to bring the number of decimal places to 0 or 0.0%. please find attached screen shot. Thank you in advance for helping. |

Assuming the current formula in Planned % Complete i.e. (Text4) custom field is = x + y, insert this formula into the format function, so that it becomes,
= Format ((x+y), "0.0%") The changes to your formula are highlighted in bold. |
