Default How to export only filtered tasks to CSV VBA

I am saving my project file as a CSV with VBA.
Currently using MapEdit and Saveas.
But, I don't seem to be able to restrict the export to the filtered tasks only.

So i am deleting rows out of the CSV after creating it.
Is there anyway to just export the filtered tasks only?

With FileSaveAs method, the Filtered parameter is ignored if a map is specified
