![]() I have a client who is struggling to understand why milestones progress is not reflected in the project summary task. I have a schedule structured as follows: -Build milestones -Design milestones -Production tasks (fixed work, all resourced). Is there a formula (or some other way) that I can use to reflect the progress of the milestones at summary task level? I have attached a couple of snap shots of my schedule if that is helpful. Thank you |
