Time sheet entry selecting existing assignments using a custom hierarchy

Hello Experts!

I have had a challenging configuration to meet where in my Project Online environment while adding a time sheet entry I want to allow the users to select from existing tasks
that are further grouped by a Project Manager > Project > Task hierarchy. And am unable to figure on how to achieve it

Please if someone could shed some light on this one?
