Powerpoint project schedule
I have been tasked with a rather tricky problem by my manager. Every week he has to produce a pretty 'management level' slide to show the current project plan. Everyone in our office does the plans in project, but when it comes to presenting it in the powerpoint presentation he makes a high level view out of the rectangle shapes and boxes every week, which is a pain to change when they need updating.
I've look at exporting the project schedule as a picture, but this isn't pretty enough for the presentation. Also putting it as a timeline in visio (which i found you can do) still doesn't give the correct level of detail that we need. Does anyone know of some plug-ins or freeware that has been made that can convert project 2007 schedules to high level breakdowns where you can select the tasks you want included? Thanks! |
