Default resource allocation problem with percentage

In my project, all employees, except those who are assigned 100%, have the wrong cost amount for their task. For example the task "confirm operating systems" by Sarah is a 3.75 hour task at an hourly rate of $80. The cost of this task should be $300 but ms Project says $90...msproject only calculates 30% of the duration of her task and then multiplies it by her hourly rate. This explains why the cost is so low... Fack in the back it never makes 3.75 but 1.125 hours....

Example 2:

Resource: Mira assigned to 40% on my project.
If I give Mira a task that starts on June 1st and lasts 37.5 hours, the duration of the task remains 1 week when it should take her 2.5 weeks...

I hope I'm clear!!
