Default Assigning multiple calendars/schedules to one resource

I am trying to assign a schedule to a resource (human) who will be working on my project however for the duration of that project he/she will be rotated weekly on three (3) different shifts....Morning 7am - 4pm; Mid 10am - 7pm and Night 7pm - 7am.

Tried to use exceptions, work week approach however keep getting that the exceptions are the same, intervals the same, change date range etc.

Is there a way to do this correctly.
