Default Change BaseLine Cost, but not time

Hi to everyone!

I would like to know if there is any posiblity to change the cost of the baseline after stablish it, without changing the time of the baseline. (I used fixed cost originally)
My objective is to calculate the earned value. The budget have been changed but not the timeline, and the project is ongoing, so if I create a new baseline the time would be updated too.

thanks!!

Have you tried manually overwriting the Baseline Fixed Cost?

yes I did!
I was wondering if I can create a new baseline without updating the start-finish to current time. Basically create a new baseline with the time I want. (maybe is easier than updating the cost of the baseline)
thanks!

Do you have a copy of the plan with the original timings / progress etc? If so you can take a copy in excel of your current timings / progress etc so that you have it saved. Then reset the timings in the live version of your plans to the original (now you have the original timings and revised costs). Save and overwrite the baseline for both cost and time. Then reset the timings / progress back to the correct data from your excel save. You will have to go through and reset the summary tasks to Auto Schedule as dropping a copy and paste down the whole column will have set them to Manual schedule.
