Baseline Execution Index (BEI) in Project 365
Good morning guys, I hope you are well.
I would like to implement Baseline Execution Index (BEI) in Project in order to monitor how are we doing respect the Project Base Line. How can I implement BEI index in my current project base line? Best regards, Alberto. |

Hi Alberto,
Are you not better off exporting your data to Excel and doing the calculation in Excel? This YouTube video, How to Export Microsoft Project Data to Excel for Analysis - YouTube, can show you how to export your schedule data in a clean format. Alberto,
I've now produced a YouTube showing how to set-up your schedule to calculate and display BEI. How to display Baseline Execution Index (BEI) in Microsoft Project (DCMA 14-Point Assessment) - YouTube =jerome |
