Hi friends, I am using Microsoft Project 2010 and I have one activity with a duration of 8 days. I come to happen that I setup the task type to fixed work and then I duplicate the unit of resources assigned to that task, and then Project reduces the task duration to 4 days which is perfect, but the problem is that Project does not change the finish date of the task that is what I was looking for. What can I do to let Project change the finish date of the task when I duplicate the resource units of the task? |
