Conditional Formatting Based on Progress
I would like to set conditional formatting for tasks that indicates if the task is on track based on baseline start, baseline end, and the percentage complete.
Example: If there is 100 days between baseline start and baseline finish and the project is on day 50 showing 50% complete, the indicator column would show Yellow for on track. If we are on day 50 and we have 55% complete then indicator would be green to indicate we are ahead of the expected pace. etc etc. Has anyone wrote a formula like this before? I currently have the indicators set up but am not sure how this formula should look. Thank you in advance for any help that you may provide |
