Schedule - Trade at Multiple Times
I'm currently building a schedule for a construction project. For planning purposes, I've broken it down into three different projects. I'm wondering the best way to schedule trades to multiple areas. Example:
Concrete - Front Patio 1/1/20 - 1/7/20 Concrete - Rear Patio 2/25/20 - 2/27/20 Concrete - Garage 3/7/20-3/9/20 This is the same concrete guy that will be doing it all. This same thing occurs with all of the subs. Questions: -The issue I'm having is if I put this all on one schedule, then the schedule is messy for there are tons of arrow for dependencies all over the page. -Am I better off making three separate projects in one file -If I do make it only one project, and I have a concrete section that has the three different pours and dates, is there a way to show a report that orginzes everything in chronological order and one that organizes in the default manner? Thanks Aaron |
