Default project 2013 add a resource which is only available for 1 day per week

Hi,
I have the following problem.
When I have a task with a duration of 1 day and I set the start date I get the end date.
Now I have a resource who works only 1 day per week (20% available, hope, this is the right place to adjust).
When I assign this resource to the task I would expect that the end date is not the same day, but 5 days later than the start date...

And in addition. For instance I have a complete and complex project with several tasks.

A few weeks later I set the available rate from 20% to 40%. Now I would expect that project automatically recalculate all end dates (and if there are connected set the start dates of the following tasks automatically).

I hope you can understand my problem.

Thanks.
