Legend section display

Can you tell me how to show critical tasks in the legend section below when you are printing? In other words, how do we adjust what to show in that section?

Critical path should appear in the printed legend if you have the Gantt chart formatted to show critical path.

What appears in the legend is controlled by the format of the Gantt chart.

i am not clear what do you mean by "show critical path".

gantt chart of course shows all activities which include critical path on all my schedules. i also made them (critical path text) red color to see it more clearly. but some schedules print critical bar in the legend and some dont.

You should run the Gantt chart wizard to format the critical path and have it display in the legend.
Right click in the background of the Gantt chart and choose Gantt Chart Wizard from the shortcut menu.
