MS project - appointment tracking with conditional format
Hello Everybody,
im trying to track appointments in MS Project 365. Is it possible, to highlight a process via colour or symbol (e.g. red cross, with an additional column) if 2 conditions are given: 1. The process is not completed (<100% work completed, or maybe traffic light monitroing red) 2. 1 week before end date of process The Point behind this, is to see (visual highlight), which processes are NOT completed, with a due date in 1 week (compared to current date), to have enough time to contact the person in charge of the process Im asking if it is possible to solve this problem with conditional format in MS Project istelf, or if i have to transfer the date into Excel and analyse the processes there (with the use of VBA). And if it is possible, how would the formel for the conditional format look like? Thanks so far! best wishes, cyan |
