I'm trying to create a swimlane that groups together the tasks that each sub project manager is Accountable for delivering, whilst also assigning individual Responsible resources that are split across all tasks regardless of who is overseeing it (Accountable):




I've tried using 'Group' to nest them, however a Resource can only belong to a single Group and we need resources to be supervised by different PMs through the project life (line set up is initially specified by engineer, then later in the project it will be installed by lead ops):


What options do I have?
