Hi Everyone
Let me set the scene We have a test bay that is structured to test 3 different types of gas turbine and I have allocated 3 resources Test Bed 1, Test Bed 2 and Test Bed 3 for the 3 different types Typically we employ 3 technicians which have the resource Test Techs Simplistically the test program is
My problem is that when we're testing an engine on one bed we cannot be installing one on another due to Health and Safety concerns should the running engine have a dangerous failure How can I/is it possible to make MS Project show that clash if it happens Cheers Tris |

Create a resource TestBays.
For installing/removing set the units to 100% divided by the number of bays. In your case 33%, so all three bays can simultiously be installed and/or removed. For testing set the units to 100% so no other activity can be occur. I think this should work unless tests can run simultaniously. |
