Hello!
Let's say I have 2 activities with a fixed duration (4days). A1 - Day1 to Day 4 A2 - Day1 to Day 4 Worker1 is set to work at both activities at the same time. Microsoft Project will tell me that we have a problem, because the Worker1 is working 200%. My question: There is a (automate) way to split the working time of Worker1 so that the over allocation will disappear. I would like to distribute the working time of my worker evenly to my activities. = He will work 2 days to Activity1 and 2 days to Activity2. Any hidden feature of M Project to do this without trying to tackle this information manually? |
