how to split working days on a long period
let's suppose that I have one resource (e.g. Anna) that has a task, starting on june 8th and with deadline on june 22nd. so-> start date = june 8th and end date = june 22nd, it is 10 working days i know that Anna is going use only 1 working days, spend in some way during these two weeks. to trace this information, now I calcoulate that 1 day/10dys is 10%, so I say that the allocation of this resource is 10%. is there an easier way? I would like to say that the available timeframe is from june 8th to june 22nd, but the expected timefor this task is only 1 day. thanks!" |
