Missing Rows

Hello All,
I've discovered something that I can't understand.
I have task on row 7,8 and then the next task starts on 12.
Line item 7 is a rollup summary, with only one indented task on row 8. Then, the next rollup summary starts on row 12.
What happened with rows 9, 10, & 11?!

It's like the rows have been hidden, like in excel. Is this possible in Project?
