Default Indication if scheduled time period exceeds

Hello,
I've the following question:

Could you you give me a hint How to solve the following topic:

Example:
I have a Task defined as follows:
Start Date: 01.04.2018
End Date : 30.06.2018 (as scheduled)

What I would ieed is an "Input field" which I can use to indicate that the Task - as planned exceeds and the following Tasks, which depend on this one, will shift automatically.

How to define the dependencies I know.

Looking forward to your Feedback
