How do I condense a section of my timeline in a Gantt Chart
Hi All
I have schedule where there is a lot of detail in the first half but just a couple of long bars in the second half. I'd like to show more of the detail in the first half by condensing the second half. That is, 2018 I'd like to show to the level of weeks (W1 - W52), whereas 2019 I want to show in a smaller portion of the chart as quarters (Q1 - Q4). This way when I print the chart on a single A3 page the more important 2018 tasks will present larger. Is this possible and if so how is it done please? Many thanks GC |

No, afraid its not possible the way you describe it. what you can do though is set a start and end date for your pint so that you finish the print at the end of the first section, to show the detail. you can then do a full print to show the longer tasks as well as the shorter ones.
About the best it will be, I think |
