Default Rolling Up Activities based on a Unique ID

Hi

I have a requirement to be able to roll up all activities for a each unique Scope Item into a single row and show each piece of work in a different colour.

I currently do this in Excel but it is time consuming. Has anyone else had this issues and if so have you managed to build it in a MS Project view. ANy help/advice would be appreciated.

We use a waterfall schedule and want to be able to show "Requirements", "Design", "Build" & "Test" activities on one row for each Scope item.

Look forward to any feedback.

Kind regards

Tony
