Question 12 hour shifts 2 shifts per day 7pm-7am - problems

Hello,

There are a few threads with similar subject that are not working out well for me. My crew and I run 7 days a week with day shift working from 7am to 7pm and night shift running from 7pm until 7am, about 20 people per shift. I have tried a couple things. The closest i got to having what i want was using 2 references. One labeled as "day shift" with the working hours from 7am to 7pm on all days. The other labeled "night shift" with the working hours from 12am to 7am and 7pm to 12am. The issue i am having is that the bars do not line up evenly with the timescale at all. It looks terrible. For some reason the night shift bar is much shorter when it should be even because they are both 12 hour shifts. I am assuming the bars are rounding to the nearest 4 hours or something. It looks good when i set the timescale hours to every 1 hour but i cant do that because the entire gant chart cannot be seen. I need it to be seen because i want to make GIF screenshots for my clients to reference on my progress.

I will put something below if anyone wants to try to insert it to help me. I will put the number of shifts in the sub spot. all indented will be done simultaneously for that sub. Next sub will follow in time

Sub- Set-up (1) 12-hour shift. Day shift only starting at 7am
Unload Trailer 12 hour
Stage material 12 hour
Stage Equipment 12 hour
Sub- Demo (3) 12-hour shifts. starting day after set-up on day shift at 7am.
Cut Tubes (2) 12-hour shifts
Chip Top Piece (1) 12-hour shift after previous task. this should be next day shift
Sub- Prep (2) 12-hour shifts. This will start on night shift after Demo sub
Grind Tube Holes (1) 12-hour shift
Chip Stub Pieces (1) 12-hour shift simultaneous with previous task

Remove and replace baffle (1) 12-hour shift after previous 2 tasks are complete
Sub- Install (3) 12-hour shifts. This should start on night shift.
Install Tube Sections (3) 12-hour shifts
Roll Tube Ends (3) 12-hour shifts simultaneous with previous task.
Sub- Drag-up (1) 12-hour shifts. This should be day shift after install is complete.
Clean work areas (1) 12-hour shift
Pack trailer (1) 12-hour shift simultaneous with previous task
Final walk down with client - 1 hour simultaneous with previous tasks

Hope this isn't too much to ask. Thanks for any help.
