Default Use Excel Working Time Calendar

Hello and thank you for any attention my post may receive.

Windows 8.1
Project 2013 (365)

This is my very first post on this forum...and I am new to MS Project.

I have multiple resources on multiple rosters and it would be easier for the Project Administrator to manage a calendar in excel and import it to Project. Is this possible? And if so is there an previous post with instruction on how to do so?

Thank you and have a great day.
