Hi I have a question regarding EVA % completed. It seems that MS projects does not calculate the % complete in EVA after status date. For example, a task with duration 5 days starting on Monday and total budgeted costs of $500 (100 per day). It is Wednesday and I completed 100% but the earned value shows EV = $ 300. Can someone please explain why MS projects does not calculate the % work completed after status date? Is this how EV works or is there a way in MS projects to show the actual earned value ? |
