Microsoft Project Extened Working Hours with overtime
Hi All, I'm new to Microsoft Project and this forum. Would appreciate some help with the below as I'm totally stuck on this one. Say I have project with many different types of resources. The standard working week is 40 hours a week. Lets say I want to change the working week to 50 hours, however 10 hours is to be assigned to to overtime. I've already assigned the overtime rate, and I'm well aware of task usage tab. However I cant really find a practical way to do the above, any suggestions on how this can be done? Thanks, |
