MS Project import contacts with their calendar
Hello all together,
I got a question regarding MS Project. I am setting up a new project and would like to assign the tasks to different Resources. We got a big company address book in outlook where everyone marked his holidays and days off. I was wondering if there is any way to import that information into MS Project? I can import the name of the employee and his job title but his calendar is still the standard calendar without his holidays. I am using MS Project 2010, SP2 and Outlook 2016 on a windows 10 machine. thanks in advance, Simon |
