Not too sure what you are asking, to be honest. LAD's (assuming you mean damages under NEC contract) have nothing to do with the programme as far as writing it goes. If you have a 3 week period, you need to put all the tasks into the programme, then link them in a logical way.
A bit more detail would be very useful - is the work done by another contractor, or are you trying to see if your work fits the 3 week period?
