How to define filter range in MS project 2010, In my sheet, 11,000 rows inserted but data after 10,020 rows, doesn't appear in Auto filter.

Not sure I understand - are you saying the filter won't return more than 10,020 rows or that the selections don't appear in the autofilter drop down? Can you get what you need through a traditional custom filter?

I generated new sheet and filter shows complete data. I don't understand, what was the issue in previous sheet, may be some customization issue occurred. Thanks for your feedback.

You may have a corrupt view. Try resetting to default.
