Default Help : MS Project 2010

Kindly see the attached file. I am following the PDF tutorial from MSProject 2010, it was good all along but suddenly i cant seem to follow the steps that they are saying.

What's happening :
1. As instructed, i am assigning a Cost on the Task " Author reading and signing at book fair" obviously because the doer of it has no value/amout (the Project file was one of the Practice files included on software)
2. It is said that i must assign "800" on the cost field for "Toni Poe" (he is assigned on the task) as you can see on the Assign Resources dialogue box is says "$0" for Tony on that task. Then the instruction is just simply type "800" on the cost field.

But i cannot just type 800 on the cost field and if i double click on it another box appears which is the Resource info box. I am stucked, help guys.
