Default Not A PMP, but need help

Hello,

So I use MS Project to plan and track various projects I work on for a municipality. I do not however use the program to track "resources", rather I have fixed costs for various stages, such as Design, Permitting, Construction. the questions is what is the best way to set a baseline for these, and then add change order costs within each of these as the project progresses? Thank you.

Not to worry that you're not a PMP. Neither am I - just a heavy user of MS Project.

You can manually enter costs against tasks. Save the baseline and then update Actual costs.
