So I have a bunch of plans as sub plans within a master plan to be able to share resources and track workload.
Of course, some of these plans are in a waiting state du to client response times and I would like to keep them in the master plan just as a reminder that they will soon (ish) create a work load again. Is there a "best practices" way in MS project to put a project "on hold" and keep the reminder floating along with the current date over the Gannt view? As I have done it now with a quick fix is to have a milestone as a movable reminder that the project is currently in a client response time state but it doesnt feel sexy... |
