Can i create a plan without using dates?

Good day everyone! I have a problem which i doubt too many people will not have experienced. I would like to create a plan, which is based on non-specific days, just days like, doing a 120 day plan, with no actual dates.
Sometimes i bid on a project , but using specific dates, then when you win the project, i need to do it again, with specific dates.

In Project 2013, can i create a project plan only using numbered days with no actual dates??
