VBE Toolbars not Visible in MSP 2016

Hi All

I have just bought Windows10 and MS Project 2016, however when I go to the VBE Editor screen I cant see or activate any of the toolbars.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

I am running Project 2016 16.3.6925.1049 32 bit. When I enter the VBE with ALT+f11 everything runs as expected.

thanks for your response. With the help of Microsoft I have now resolved the issue. For information and strangely enough, CLEARING OUT THE JUNK FILES RESOLVED THE ISSUE!,,,
