Fixing Work, % of actual work and Final Date in a task (while assigning resources)

Hi,



I am trying to fix work, % actual work, and final date on an activity while assigning and removing resources, the only column I want to to change is the initial date of the activity. I also have already a percentage of actual work done which should be constant also.

The problem is that whenever I assign/remove a resource, the percentage of work done goes to 0% (other times it changes initial or end date) - I can´t make any sense of this.

I don't think you are going to be successful in trying to control all of those factors. Can you explain more about your scenario?
