Dear,
I was wandering if ms project is suitable for planning of a large amount of projects. I'm looking for some tools for production planning. I have to plan all kinds of small production-processes for a whole year. I'm speaking of ±75 processes with duration of ±5 days each and every day some will be finished and some will be new. I'm trying to master ms project.. but I'm having a hard time of finding the right way to approach it. Is it possible to get simple practical lists out of a global planning? I must have kind of todo-lists for one week i.e. to give to my fellow workers so they know what to do this week. Is ms project the right software to do this? I'm finding it not so user-friendly but this could be because I don't master the software. I hope my question is not to cryptic. Thanks in advance. Wocky. |
