How do i implement learnings from completed projects?
In our current project server we archive projects 3 months after they're completed.
The projects are then no longer available to anyone and this helps us having a relative clean environment. We would, however, like to be able to go back and "collect" learnings from previous projects so that new project plans are more likely to be "complete" or " correct". We considering to store project plans as files for this or another approach could be to have a number of templates (for different types of projects) which we update with learnings from projects before we archive them. I'd like to hear if anybody has some good / bad experience, tips or recommendations on how to record learnings and continue to improve the quality of the project plans. Thanks. Kind regards Kuno |
