For some reason all of the drop-down menu choices are greyed out. For example, I click on "Reports" and then on "Dashboards". The choices (Burndown, cost Overview, etc.) show but are grey and I cannot select any of them.

Does this happen with all project files or just one? Have you tried a repair of Project?

This happens with all project files.

How do you repair a project?

Exit project. Go to the control panel and choose Programs. In the list find Project single click. Click "change" and choose to repair.
