Where are MS Project templates for S&M?

MS Project is supposed to have templates available for Sales and Marketing projects. I'm specifically looking for one for RFQ response management. However, when I follow the instruction to open the available templates in Project 2010 I only see a few templates. According to MS Office Support, there are a wide variety of templates available, but I cannot seem to locate them.

Is there somewhere that I can access MS Project templates for Sales and Marketing online? I've looked extensively online and have not been able to locate them.

Are you connected to the internet when you are searching? The template is available through the link to Office.com from Project 2010.

I've attached the RFQ to this post.
