Unable to drag tasks up or down in MS Project 2016

Every time I try to drag a task up or down in MS Project 2016 the task jumps down to the very bottom (and beyond) of the task list. Please help!

There is an issue with the March update of Project 2016 click to run installation. It should be fixed in June release.
