How to show information in collection process (example in post)
Hey everyone,
I searched here and on other places but wasn't able to find an answer to this question: Is there any way to "accumulate" text information from processes in the collective process? For example, here I would like to have the red information displayed in the collective process. At the moment these information are "hidden" in the processes and not visible on higher levels Process No. Deliverable (text) Start Car 1,2,3 - open door 1 - sit in car 2 - fasten sb 3 I would be great if someone could help me! Thanks in advance! I got MS Project 2016 btw Oliver |

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are seeking. Are you asking if numbers or text from a subtask can appear at the summary level? If so, not directly. While you can create custom fields you cannot read data from one task and apply it to others. It is likely possible through VBA, but sadly I cannot assist in that area other than suggesting that it would be possible.
If you have some skills with VBA, you can try posting your question to the Project VBA forum: https://social.technet.microsoft.com...ct2010custprog |
